Allows you to see that little bit more — ride through our valley, rivers and hills, among cork trees, pine forests and shaded eucalyptus tracks. If you're lucky you might even spot a wild boar! We recommend some riding experience for this one.

Approximately 3 hours of riding through stunning Algarve countryside to local restaurant Solar do Pincho, where cook Sandra will have traditional Portuguese specialities ready — along with a cold beer or vinho verde. Lunch is included. The ride back is short and easy so you can properly enjoy the food!

No experience is needed for the 1-hour ride — it's designed for complete beginners. The 2-hour ride suits those with some previous riding. The restaurant ride is best suited to more experienced riders.
Safety is our priority. All riders receive ABRS-certified helmets, full insurance cover, and are matched to a horse that suits their ability. Our experienced guides have years of experience leading riders of all levels.
Long trousers are recommended. Helmets are provided and included in the price. Closed-toe shoes or boots are preferred — please avoid shorts and sandals. We can supply boots and chaps if required.
Children aged 8 and over are welcome on the countryside rides. For younger children we offer pony rides from €20. Our guides take great care of younger riders and match them to our calmest horses.
